TIB is about to launch a new open access service on which scientific journals and conference publications can be published. In doing so, it is underlining its orientation towards Open Access and adding a significant new pillar to its activities to support the transition to Open Access. As a research partner, TIB is committed to professional, optimally accessible and widely visible publications.

Within the project ROSI (Reference Implementation for Open Scientometric Indicators) ImpactViz was developed as a tool to collect and visualize information on the impact of a publication. A plugin for Open Journal Systems (OJS) allows an easy handling of this tool.

Im Projekt ROSI (Referenzimplementierung für offene szientometrische Indikatoren) wurde mit ImpactViz ein Tool entwickelt, mit dem Informationen zum Impact einer Publikation gesammelt und visualisiert werden können. Ein Plugin für Open Journal Systems (OJS) erlaubt eine einfache Anwendung dieses Tools.
